General track

Expert track

Responsible for resolving tough technical issues as a pioneer in the field by honing their crafts; expected to generate a new value with their specialty honed by the curiosity and sense of advancement.

Job Grade

We have 9 grades where we offer compensation based on experience and expected role and responsibility. We believe that it’s so natural to highly appreciate talented members and reward them accordingly. We clearly explain our thought and communicate people transparently in this regard.
